Whether you are an experienced Administrator ready for the next step or an established Senior Administrator, this role offers exposure to a diverse client portfolio and the chance to grow your expertise in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the formation and ongoing administration of real estate structures.
Preparing minutes, resolutions, and statutory filings with accuracy and timeliness.
Processing payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting invoicing and debtor management.
Supervising and supporting Trainee Administrators, including training and feedback.
You’ll bring at least 1 year’s relevant real estate experience, strong academic ability, and ideally be studying towards or holding a professional qualification. Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail are essential, along with a proactive and client-focused approach. Knowledge of Guernsey or Jersey structures, statutory laws, and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
