Our client is seeking a Senior Due Diligence Analyst to bolster their Corporate and Fund Services team based in Guernsey. This is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in enhancing the client experience through effective customer onboarding and due diligence processes. In this integral position, candidates will be responsible for day-to-day processing, supervision, and sign-off, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while actively contributing to a supportive team environment that fosters continual improvement and innovation. Job Duties: Onboard new customers and manage ongoing processing of client due diligence (CDD) documentation Review CDD requirements for all data subjects, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified Respond to communications promptly and in line with organisational expectations Provide mentorship and support to team members regarding onboarding and CDD processes Oversee the review and sign-off process for risk-rated reviews of data subjects Act as a signatory for the business Collaborate with team members to address regulatory and client service matters efficiently Undertake any additional tasks assigned by your Manager Job Requirements: Experience and knowledge of Guernsey regulatory requirements concerning CDD and client risk profiling Familiarity with computerised systems and software utilised in the CDD process; training will be provided Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to meet deadlines and define key performance indicators (KPIs) Commitment to embodying and promoting the brand values of empowering responsible ambition What You’ll Love: Joining our client means becoming part of a dynamic team focused on client excellence within a rapidly growing group of companies.
