Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior Relationship Manager to focus exclusively on a key European partnership. This important role demands exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with a solutions-driven mindset to navigate multi-jurisdictional offerings across various issuer securitisation products, including bankables, non-bankables, real assets, and digital assets. The successful candidate will act as a primary escalation point for the client, coordinate internal teams, resolve issues, achieve revenue targets, and provide leadership alongside the existing Team Manager. Job Duties: Act as the primary escalation point for the client, managing communications and issue resolution. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Achieve revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction levels. Understand and prioritise service level agreements, managing turnaround times in the absence of the Team Manager. Engage with client representatives across multiple levels including Founders, Executive Committee, and Heads of Client Success. Maintain a robust understanding of compliance parameters and collaborate effectively with the Compliance team on new products and concepts. Serve as the key liaison for client consent expectations with regards to GFSC regulations. Possess a fundamental understanding of digital assets to work closely with the client’s dedicated digital business line. Travel to Switzerland regularly, typically for five days at a time, to foster strong client relationships. Demonstrate commitment to a challenging and dynamic role, including flexibility for out-of-hours engagements. Job Requirements: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Proven experience in a relationship management or similar client-facing role. Strong solutions-oriented approach with the ability to deliver under pressure. In-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards within the financial sector. Familiarity with securitisation products, particularly in a multi-jurisdictional context.
