Our client is seeking an AVP, Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time position with a contract length of unspecified duration. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. Job Duties: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to enhance client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Monitor client account performance, ensuring targets are met. Provide regular updates and reports on account status to senior management. Attend networking events and represent the organisation to attract new business. Job Requirements: Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within financial services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to client management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A degree in business, finance, or a related field would be advantageous.
