Back to ResultsOur client is a well-established international financial services group providing fund administration, private client and corporate services. With international offices, they combine deep industry expertise with a strong focus on innovation, investing heavily in new technologies, process optimisation and the continuous development of staff.
They are now looking for an experienced project manager to lead strategic technology projects and digital platform integrations across the group. This role is on a fixed term contract basis. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of system transformations, drive operational change, and ensure all initiatives align with business goals. Work closely with senior leadership and operational teams, introducing and integrating new digital platforms such as document management systems, onboarding solutions, payment platforms and CRM systems, as well as optimising core administration platforms like Viewpoint, BankClarity and Allvue.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing digital system implementations from concept to go-live, with advanced knowledge of both waterfall and agile project management methods. You are confident engaging stakeholders at all levels, able to build consensus, and skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear communication for non-technical audiences. Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft 365, Excel and Power BI are essential.
