Back to ResultsAP Personnel are delighted to have been given sole agency to assist a leading international trust and corporate services provider in filling a newly created role for a CDD/AML File Reviewer to join its rapidly expanding office based in Jersey.
Your responsibilities will include undertaking annual reviews of client entities, ensuring that all CDD and documentation is in place. You will also be expected to assist the existing team in identifying anomalies, risks and raise review points to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines set by the JFSC.
Previous experience of identifying any amendments required to policies and procedures and make appropriate recommendations to the line management, along with ensuring that the HNWI/Institutional clients are reviewed on a timely basis as part of the ongoing remediation project.
The ideal candidate will be ICA qualified in AML or have at least three years’ experience in a similar role. Strong working knowledge of FATCA/CRS would also be an advantage, but is not considered essential.
Our client is also open to seeing candidate CV’s who are only seeking fixed term contract positions at this time.
Please note that this is a full time position that is entirely office based and we can only accept applications from candidates who hold 5 years’ residential status in Jersey.
