Back to ResultsA leading independent fund, corporate and private client services company is looking to recruit a Senior Manager for its fund administration transfer agency division.
The post holder for this role will take responsibility for a team of fund administrators who are each responsible for the administration of a portfolio of client funds and investment structures.
The main purpose of this role is to co-ordinate the team to deliver high level client services. Key responsibilities include managing and developing staff. You will personally manage a number of more complex, demanding, or high-risk funds and/or entities. The monitoring of the risk profile of structures and high-risk matters receive the appropriate level of attention and monitoring, escalating any matters as they arise. Management of team’s fees to ensure billing is completed accurately in accordance with client contracts, this will include completing fee reviews. A significant part of the role is client management which includes; acting as a key point of contact for clients, managing clients and developing business opportunities to extend services where possible.
The successful candidate will ideally have 10 years relevant experience, preferably with a professional qualification either as a lawyer/chartered accountant/chartered secretary. The ideal candidate will also possess strong technical skills, operational experience from a funds, trust or company management/administration environment and have proven management experience.
Our client is looking for candidates with a solution driven attitude to managing problems and the confidence to using own initiative when making decisions. You will be expected to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, whilst evidencing time management and organisational skills.
