Our client is looking for an individual who can share their love for creativity and fun. But beyond all, they invite you to bring your unique personality and style to the forefront.
Responsibilities include sales and profit, make a memorable shopping experience for every customer, keep the heartbeat of their store strong by overseeing operations with efficiency. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, managing, and providing coaching and development to your team. You will foster a culture of collaboration, engagement and accountability to drive results and ensure team members are continually challenged, happy and achieving their full potential.
We would love to hear from you if you are passionate about providing their customers with opportunities to express themselves freely every day, you will need to be energised by interacting with customers and strive to provide excellent service throughout their visit. You will need to have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and management.
You will need to be a motivated people leader with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, show a passion for fashion and stay up to date with the latest trends, which can contribute to enhancing the customer experience and driving sales. You will need to have proven managerial experience gained within a customer service environment, and be self-motivated and organised.
