They are seeking a Legal Documentation Specialist / Transaction Lawyer to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to ensuring the seamless drafting and management of legal documents related to structured financial products. The position offers a full-time contract, allowing you to contribute significantly to the organisation's success in a stimulating environment. Job Duties: Draft legal documents and templates for structured financial products across all asset classes, including final terms and pricing supplements. Serve as the primary responsible party for multiple base prospectuses. Review legal documentation for financial products to ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines. Contribute to regulatory projects and initiatives. Support the automation of processes and regulatory documents. Manage relationships with internal and external parties, including law firms, regulators, and exchanges, concerning legal documentation and related processes. Respond to regulatory queries regarding financial products in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Provide internal advice on documentation, issuance, and listing of structured products, along with legal and regulatory implementation matters. Job Requirements: Master’s degree in law or finance/economics with a strong interest in legal and regulatory matters. Experience in the financial sector. Knowledge of financial derivatives and structured products. Strong interest in complex legal and regulatory topics. Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to take initiative, work independently, manage personal goals, and set priorities under pressure. Fluent in business English. Additional language skills would be an asset.
