Our client is seeking a Senior Associate - Power Platform Developer to support their growing team. This role is full-time with contracted hours of 37.5 per week. As part of the Advisory practice, the successful candidate will collaborate with an experienced team to identify and fulfil client requirements, ensuring that value is provided for their investment. Working closely with clients, the candidate will engage in a variety of projects and build strong business relationships across the region. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives within a smaller, agile department. Over time, there is the potential to be a trusted business advisor, managing projects and leading a team. The role is ideal for someone with a strong background in database technologies and a passion for delivering innovative solutions. Job Duties: Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Platform. Integrate Power Apps with various data sources, including SharePoint and SQL Server. Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate business processes. Create and manage Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform applications. Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem. Job Requirements: Microsoft Power Platform certifications. Experience with complex data sets and database technologies. Proven experience as a Power App/Power Platform Developer. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.). Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Python, and Power FX. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prepare and review reports on technical subject matter. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, or similar technologies is desirable. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
