Our client is seeking a temporary Data Administrator to provide effective administrative support to the Risk Management department. This key role, which will be contracted for 8 months, will focus on ensuring data integrity and management within their Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system while coordinating Internal Control Framework activities. The successful candidate will closely collaborate with the Head of Operational Risk, the Financial Risk Manager, and various Risk Functions, emphasising teamwork and communication. You will play a pivotal role in validating data quality and supporting management with evidence and documentation throughout various risk management processes. Job Duties: Coordinate data imports into the GRC system Ensure that Group Policies and compliance frameworks are accurately recorded and linked to relevant business controls Validate data quality within the GRC system Assist with data reviews and annual updates, including core system data modifications Support management in evidencing the review and testing of business risks and controls Evidence the recording of Risk Management Framework attestations Maintain and report on key risk indicators Conduct ongoing reviews and assessments of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment across the business Manage issue and incident management and remediation processes Report data quality issues to management Coordinate and document regular Risk Champion meetings and updates Ensure timely review of operational risk events and completion of associated actions Job Requirements: Strong attention to detail Excellent time management and prioritisation skills Results-focused and deadline-driven Self-starter with the ability to work independently Strong mindset for continuous improvement Ability to establish strong relationships across various levels and regions Excellent communication skills Intermediate level experience and confidence with Excel Tech-savvy, with experience in Microsoft 365 Understanding of regulatory reporting and experience in risk, compliance or finance Completed A Level education; professional certificates in relevant subjects preferred What You’ll Love: You will love the dynamic environment our client offers, which encourages personal and professional growth.
