Our client is seeking a Senior Direct Marketing Executive to join their marketing team in Guernsey on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will report directly to the Direct Marketing Manager and play a crucial role in the retention team. This role involves instigating communications programmes through print and email, aimed at enhancing customer loyalty and retention across a diverse portfolio of brands. The candidate will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the business by driving key metrics, including customer retention rates and subscription sign-ups. Job Duties: Support the Direct Marketing team in improving DM activity for both active and lapsed customers through a test-and-learn approach. Collaborate with the team and internal stakeholders to create monthly Direct Mail campaign assets. Develop Direct Mail briefs, focusing on copy, imagery, and compliance with deadlines. Coordinate printed artwork, ensuring timely delivery to mailing houses. Manage data delivery deadlines, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations. Assist in delivering personalised content in partnership with data specialists. Liaise with the call centre, keeping them informed about upcoming campaigns and promotions. Produce and analyse monthly results documents to measure campaign effectiveness. Negotiate with print suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and select campaign assets. Set up and test DM offer codes before campaigns go live, managing any related queries. Participate in marketing projects as required, exploring new opportunities and best practices. Job Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role. Excellent attention to detail. Strong multi-tasking abilities, with effective time-management and organisational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proactive team player who takes accountability. Excellent computer literacy. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
