They are now seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join their team. This role is fundamental for managing the formation and ongoing administration of corporate and private wealth fiduciary services for a diverse portfolio of clients and related entities across various jurisdictions. The successful candidate will work independently while collaborating closely with the Director and other managers. The position is full-time and provides an opportunity to engage in an enriching work atmosphere that values client-focused service. You will be entrusted with handling multiple critical responsibilities, ensuring compliance and a high standard of service for clients. Job Duties: Manage the formation and ongoing administration of corporate and private wealth fiduciary services. Provide dedicated support and transactional management for a range of clients. Organise and attend client meetings, drafting minutes and resolutions as necessary. Attend to statutory filings in accordance with applicable deadlines and maintain statutory records. Coordinate the timely signing of documentation. Process bank payments, reconcile payment logs, and secure approvals. Produce and circulate invoices, manage fee collection, and follow up with debtors. Advocate for the client's ethos across the team through rigorous process analysis and consistency. Identify opportunities for process improvements, service innovations, and enhancements in policies and procedures. Monitor Work In Progress (WIP) and billing in line with fee agreements and conduct reviews where necessary. Ensure data integrity and attention to detail in all activities. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, including those related to anti-money laundering and client due diligence. Undertake any project work as assigned by the direct Manager. Job Requirements: A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred; professional qualifications such as ICSA or STEP are highly desirable. Strong academic background and motivation to achieve excellence in client service. Sound technical knowledge of professional services, including applicable statutory laws. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp attention to detail. A strong working knowledge of Viewpoint is advantageous. A proactive approach combined with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
