Back to ResultsOur client is a dynamic international provider of private client, corporate, and fund administration services. This role is a temporary position aimed at providing dedicated administrative and organisational support to the Group Company Secretarial function. The successful candidate will enable the Company Secretary to deliver timely and high-quality governance, compliance, and board support across the Group on a temporary basis for a period of 6 months. The position is designed for someone who possesses strong organisational skills and is adept in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals in the legal or financial services sectors seeking to immerse themselves in a supportive and collaborative working atmosphere. Job Duties: Assist with preparing and circulating board packs, agendas, and supporting materials. Support in drafting minutes for review. Maintain and update various company secretarial trackers and schedules. Maintain and update authorised signatory lists and associated due diligence records. Assist with ongoing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) tasks, including collation, filing, and updates. Update governance documentation under supervision. Maintain and update corporate schedules, registers, and filing systems. Support routine statutory filings and ensure documents are recorded accurately. Assist with collating information and documents required for audits, regulatory requests, and ad hoc governance reporting. Ensure consistent version control and organisation of documents across digital platforms. Support the smooth running of the Company Secretarial function by completing ad hoc tasks as required. Job Requirements: 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. Strong organisational and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities. High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently on routine tasks while escalating appropriately. Previous administrative experience within a corporate, financial services, or legal environment is desirable.
