Our client is a young but highly experienced Guernsey-based, family-owned independent fiduciary and fund administration business specialising in the venture capital world. The role of Venture Capital Fund Administration Support is integral to the team, providing full portfolio support under the direction of a manager. This position focuses on back-office functions rather than direct client contact, while still ensuring close interaction with the fund administration and accounting teams. The role is a full-time position. Job Duties: Process payments of invoices, capital calls, and distributions in line with internal checklists and procedures Complete investor updates in systems, in accordance with policy and procedure Assist the team with the collation of due diligence document requests Save and maintain documents in the document management system following procedures Attend to other ad-hoc client requests or duties as required by the team, including project work Assist with answering incoming phone calls and greeting visitors Job Requirements: A minimum of 1 year's experience in an administration environment Ability to understand and follow procedures A self-starter with the ability to work independently and accurately under pressure Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships with colleagues Good computer literacy skills are essential Practical experience in, or demonstrable knowledge of, the financial services industry What You’ll Love:This role offers you the chance to be part of a dynamic environment where flexibility and innovation are valued.
