Our client is a highly experienced, inclusive, and diverse Guernsey-based, family-owned independent fiduciary and fund administration business. This role is a full-time position, providing an opportunity to work as part of the fiduciary team, administering a wide range of fiduciary structures, from trusts to complex family office arrangements. Job Duties: Manage day-to-day trust administration for a number of client structures, preparing reports, and liaising with clients and advisors. Maintain records on the client and entity database while updating relevant registers. Collect and review CDD, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed. Prepare minutes and maintain statutory records. Arrange and record trust distributions, loan payments, asset acquisitions and disposals, and expenses, including preparing payments. Conduct bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and assist the accounts team with the preparation of accounts. Review performance of investments. Assist with reporting obligations, including economic substance, FATCA, and CRS. Review and arrange quarterly billing and collection of fees. Train and assist administrators while providing cover in the team as required. Undertake other ad-hoc tasks and projects as necessary. Job Requirements: A minimum of 3 years experience in the offshore trust industry. Preferably STEP qualified. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and accurately under pressure. Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. Strong computer literacy and problem-solving skills are essential. Practical experience in, or demonstrable knowledge of, the financial services industry.
