  • Administering real estate investment funds, including NAV calculations and transaction processing.
  • Managing Capital Calls, Distributions, and investor communications.
  • Supporting audit preparation and financial statement reviews.
  • Ensuring robust compliance and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for all fund investors.
