Our client is seeking a Depot and Contract Manager to lead their Guernsey operation. Job Duties: Lead, motivate, develop, and engage colleagues to deliver effective service. Ensure timely departures of services from the depot. Build strong partnerships with engineering and commercial teams. Respond promptly to operational issues. Develop relationships with key local partners and stakeholders. Oversee the operational performance, ensuring high standards are maintained. Job Requirements: Must possess a Transport Manager Qualification. Proven leadership skills, particularly in dynamic environments. Track record of effective fleet maintenance management. Ability to lead a team in implementing safe and cost-effective preventative maintenance and repairs. Strong knowledge of health & safety, environmental, and employment legislation. A customer-focused, innovative, and commercially savvy approach. Excellent communication and analytical skills for stakeholder engagement. Evidence of Continued Professional Development.
