Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Senior Associate for a fixed-term contract lasting between 6 to 9 months. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the People Pillar, focusing on recruiting staff at all levels to meet the dynamic needs of the business. Our client prioritises building and sustaining momentum in a fast-paced world, offering tech-forward and people-empowered solutions in assurance, tax, and advisory services. The candidate will be instrumental in ensuring an effective and efficient recruitment process, fostering a positive experience for all stakeholders involved. The role involves collaborating with various professionals and contributing to the enhancement of recruitment policies and procedures. Job Duties: Recruit experienced hires and trainees in line with the talent acquisition plan, fulfilling agreed target numbers. Gain a comprehensive understanding of roles and their requirements for experienced hire vacancies. Identify appropriate recruitment sources including agencies, social media, and official websites. Screen applicants and manage the full interview-to-hire process, ensuring timely communication and feedback. Conduct first and second stage interviews, aligning assessments with the organisation’s values and professionalism. Extend job offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Review administrative recruitment activities for accuracy. Attend and support recruitment events and initiatives. Manage and acquire necessary work permits and visas to onboard staff, providing clear guidance to candidates. Oversee all onboarding activities to ensure a professional and consistent joining experience. Ensure all recruitment policies and procedures are fit for purpose while seeking continuous improvements. Compile and analyse recruitment information for weekly and monthly reporting to management. Job Requirements: CIPD Level 3 or above (or equivalent) is essential. Must hold a Permanent Resident Certificate or Family Member Resident Permit, as a visa cannot be provided. Proficiency in interviewing, assessment, and selection processes including CV screening. Familiarity with human capital technologies, such as Workday. Strong understanding of the talent landscape and market conditions. Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive and self-motivated approach. Ability to communicate confidently and effectively across various levels of seniority and cultural backgrounds. Previous experience in human capital roles with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. Quick learner with adaptability to new situations and problem-solving skills. Appreciation for technology, with experience using recruitment systems, Workday, and Google tools as advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the capability to prioritise a varied and challenging workload. Commitment to diversity and inclusion, demonstrating resilience under pressure.
