Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager, Private Clients

Our client is seeking a Senior Trust and Company Administrator to take on the administration of a portfolio of companies and trusts, ensuring compliance with the relevant Client Services Agreements and legal regulations pertaining to the Group's Guernsey regulatory licences. This is a permanent role, offering 36.25 hours of work per week, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, within a hybrid/onsite arrangement. Job Duties: Lead the administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies. Ensure all client files are maintained accurately, with Minutes and Meeting Notes drafted with appropriate detail. Manage fee collection and the timely chasing of debtors. Liaise with lawyers, accountants, tax advisors, and banks regarding complex private client cases. In conjunction with the Assistant Manager/Manager, address any compliance review points promptly. Collaborate with the Accounts team concerning annual accounts and bookkeeping, ensuring timely preparation. Complete all administration tasks in a timely manner, including delegating tasks to other team members. Foster strong communication within the team and management. Stay updated on current industry issues, such as legislative changes impacting clients, and raise concerns as needed. Maintain awareness of team procedures and processes, escalating any concerns or suggestions for improvement. Deputise for the Assistant Manager as required to ensure timely completion of administration tasks. Ensure annual tax filings, AEOI reporting, and compliance with all other legislative requirements are conducted accurately and promptly. Job Requirements: Proven organisational and time management skills, delivering a first-class client service. Relevant experience in regulated finance or professional services. Either fully or part-qualified in STEP, ICSA, or similar, with a willingness to further studies. Solid educational background, such as A Level/Baccalaureate or equivalent, with GCSEs in English and Mathematics. Motivation to utilise available learning and development resources.
