You should have experience of operating at a senior level,

have a good knowledge of corporate governance and be able

to further develop and manage a small team.

A knowledge of, or ability to speak Guernesiais is not

essential but an interest to learn would be an advantage as

would experience gained from within the charitable or not

for profit sector.
