This is a senior leadership role overseeing the firm’s regulatory framework, holding statutory positions as CO, MLCO, and MLRO. You’ll be the primary liaison with the GFSC, driving a culture of integrity and precision across compliance, financial crime prevention, and data protection.
Responsibilities include:Together with your proven experience in fiduciary compliance within Guernsey’s regulatory landscape you will be proactive, highly organised, and confident in interpreting and applying regulatory requirements. You will also require strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to lead with integrity and discretion.
