Responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end project planning, scoping and requirements gathering, ensuring clear objectives, deliverables and timelines.
• Driving process optimisation and solution design, identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation and improved workflows.
• Managing project execution, including schedules, budgets, risks, resources and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
• Overseeing testing, implementation and change management activities to ensure smooth transitions to new systems and processes.

You’ll take a hands-on role at the heart of business transformation, gaining exposure to strategic initiatives and high-impact change programmes within financial services. You should, therefore possess strong communication, leadership, planning, emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence and collaborate across varied teams.
