Our client is an independent, leading provider of bespoke private wealth, corporate and funds, and yacht services to clients across the globe. This six-month fixed-term role focuses on maintaining and optimising the client's digital channels. The position supports the marketing and communications team by ensuring the Group website and digital platforms are up to date, implementing agreed SEO and email marketing activity, and providing clear reporting to inform decisions. Job Duties: Maintain the day-to-day upkeep of the Group website, ensuring content, structure, and tracking are accurate, secure, and up to date, including any changes linked to new services, campaigns, or acquisitions. Implement the agreed SEO programme across web and digital activity, monitoring rankings and performance, and sharing practical guidance with colleagues. Support the delivery of digital campaigns and email marketing activity. Manage digital marketing platforms, ensuring they are used securely and efficiently. Monitor and report on performance and KPIs, providing clear summaries and recommendations to optimise performance and support lead nurturing and conversion tracking. Safeguard and apply the client's consumer and employer brands online, promoting consistent use of brand assets, templates, and messaging, and maintaining the online brand portal. Contribute to market and competitor analysis to support agreed projects and campaigns. Support compliance with relevant governance, regulatory, and copyright requirements while maintaining key marketing policies and processes. Provide day-to-day guidance and support to the marketing and communications assistant. Job Requirements: 3+ years' experience in a similar digital marketing role, ideally within a regulated professional or financial services environment. Demonstrable expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, website management, social media, and email marketing. Confident user of digital tools such as Google Business tools, analytics platforms, SEO monitoring tools, CMS, and email marketing platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into practical actions. Good understanding of user experience and content best practices. Well-organised, able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines while working calmly under pressure. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality delivery. Commercial awareness and an interest in developing skills and knowledge. Competent user of Office 365, including Excel and Word. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital technology, or a business-related subject and/or relevant professional qualifications (for example, CIM, DMI).
