Our client is seeking a temporary receptionist to cover various dates. The role involves working full time on specified dates, providing essential reception services during working hours. The assignment is set to commence on 12th December 2025 and will continue until 2nd January 2026. Job Duties: Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers. Manage the reception area efficiently, ensuring a welcoming environment. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. Maintain accurate visitor logs and appointment schedules. Support administrative tasks as required during the shift. Job Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and multitasking. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
