Back to ResultsOur client is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join their Corporate Services team in Guernsey. This role involves the day-to-day administration of a portfolio that includes a diverse mix of private equity and real estate investment structures. The Senior Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all fiduciary services are delivered in line with the relevant Client Services Agreements, as well as complying with various laws and regulations related to the Group’s Guernsey regulatory licenses. This is a full-time position, where you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, contributing to the overall success of the department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administration within a corporate setting, demonstrating a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Job Duties: Manage the administration of client structures, including private equity and real estate investments Ensure compliance with Client Services Agreements and regulatory requirements Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide exceptional service Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports Support the team in achieving departmental objectives and goals Communicate effectively with various departments and external parties Job Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Administrator or in a similar role Strong understanding of fiduciary services and regulatory compliance Excellent organisational and time management skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in relevant software and technology Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong interpersonal and communication skills What You’ll Love: You will enjoy the vibrant working culture of our client’s Corporate Services team, which values collaboration, expertise, and dedication to client success.
