Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Payment Officer to support their team in a back office capacity, primarily focusing on fund administration. This role encompasses various responsibilities under the guidance of a Manager and involves collaboration with both the fund administration and accounting teams. The Payment Officer will play a crucial role in processing payments such as invoices, capital calls, and distributions, adhering to internal checklists and procedures. Additionally, the role includes completing investor updates in compliance with company policies and assisting in the collection of due diligence document requests. This position also requires the responsibility of maintaining and saving documents within the document management system according to established procedures. Furthermore, the Payment Officer will be expected to attend to other ad-hoc client requests or undertake project work as deemed necessary by the team. This is a full-time position, offering an engaging opportunity to contribute to a dynamic working environment. Job Duties: Processing payments of invoices, capital calls, and distributions in accordance with internal procedures. Completing investor updates in the system following policy guidelines. Assisting in the collection of due diligence document requests. Maintaining and saving documents in the document management system as per procedures. Addressing ad-hoc client requests and additional duties as required by the team, including project work. Job Requirements: A minimum of 1 year’s experience in an administration environment. Ability to understand and follow procedures accurately. Strong self-starter qualities, with the capacity to work independently under pressure. Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to foster strong working relationships. Good computer literacy skills and practical experience in the financial services industry are essential.
