Job Duties: Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure swift communication and resolution of issues. Prepare, review, and advise on contracts and other legal documents. Conduct searches and registrations with relevant authorities. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and organisational policies. Provide excellent client service to maintain strong relationships and encourage repeat business. Keep accurate records and documentation throughout the transaction process. Job Requirements: Proven experience as a Conveyancer, with a strong understanding of residential property transactions. Relevant legal qualification or experience in a conveyancing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple caseloads concurrently. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
