We are working with a key client on an excellent opportunity for an experienced company secretarial professional to step into a senior role supporting Private Equity fund structures in Jersey.

You’ll work closely with the Manager, take ownership of core company secretarial activities, and play a key part in mentoring junior team members while contributing to projects that enhance service delivery and governance standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Organise and attend board and committee meetings, preparing board packs, drafting and reviewing minutes, and tracking actions
• Maintain accurate statutory records and prepare company secretarial documentation across fund structures
• Support company formations, changes, and terminations while ensuring regulatory and legal compliance
• Build strong client relationships and mentor junior colleagues, promoting best practice and high standards

If you have relevant financial services experience, strong minute-writing skills, and a CGI qualification (or are working towards one) then this role is for you.
