Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Temporary Trust Administrator to join their expanding team. The current team comprises three Directors, one Associate Director, and three Trust Administrators. The ideal candidate should be numbers-oriented, with experience in bookkeeping and accounts preparation. While prior experience in trust administration is beneficial, candidates with a solid background in accounts and numbers who are willing to learn the trust side of the business will also be considered. The role involves a comprehensive range of tasks from statutory duties to accounts preparation. This is a small office with a close-knit team atmosphere. The role is full-time; however, flexible hours will be considered, with some team members working from 8 am to 3 pm. Our client is open to hiring temporary staff while searching for a permanent candidate. Job Duties: Manage a comprehensive range of trust administration tasks from start to finish Prepare statutory accounts and other financial documentation Collaborate with Directors and team members to ensure smooth operations Maintain a numbers-oriented approach to financial duties Support the transitional training for those new to trust administration Adapt to flexible working hours while maintaining team productivity Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Job Requirements: Previous experience in bookkeeping and accounts preparation Strong numbers-oriented skills and attention to detail Ability to learn and adapt to new processes, specifically in trust administration Excellent communication and collaboration skills Willingness to work flexible hours, if required A proactive approach to problem-solving What You’ll Love:This role offers the chance to play a key part in maintaining and enhancing the jurisdiction’s reputation.
