Join a fast-evolving, international exchange as Finance Manager and play a key role in transforming the Finance function through innovation and systems development.
Supporting the Head of Finance as Finance Manager, you’ll lead projects including a NetSuite migration, automation initiatives, and financial process improvements to support future growth. You'll also take ownership of financial control, reporting, audit preparation, budgeting, and team development.
Responsibilities include:
Driving the digital transformation of Finance, including API integration and NetSuite implementation
Leading on SOX-compliant financial controls and MI reporting, including monthly management accounts
Overseeing audit preparation, financial statements (FRS102), and regulator reporting (GFSC)
Supporting cash flow management, credit control, and mentor junior finance team members
This is a standout opportunity for a qualified finance professional (ACCA or equivalent) with strong Excel skills and industry experience. You’ll thrive in a role that blends strategic impact, technical depth, and collaborative leadership.
