Office Administrator
RefCo is a busy locally run company covering all aspects of mechanical and electrical services, across commercial and domestic property.
We are looking to recruit and office administrator to join our friendly family run business, to help the day to day running of a busy office.
Main duties to include but not limited to.
• Help desk – answering phones and raising jobs
• Weekly time sheets and preparing monthly payroll
• Organising documents for new and existing staff, DBS checks, pensions etc.
• Planning and booking planned preventative maintenance
• Filing and sending out documentation following completion of maintenance
Requirements
• This is a full-time roll complying of a 40 hour week, Monday – Friday, hours would be negotiable for the right applicant
• Good computer skills required with knowledge of Word and Excel preferred
• Good client relations skills
• Good communication and organisation skills
Note - Knowledge of our services is not essential
