Our client is seeking to recruit an Analyst and a Senior Analyst within the Division following some internal promotions. This division is essential in upholding the integrity of the Bailiwick’s financial sector by investigating misconduct and taking action against firms or individuals that do not meet regulatory standards. The successful candidates will deliver fair, proportionate, and effective outcomes that protect the public, maintain confidence in the industry, and strengthen the Bailiwick’s international reputation. Our client is looking for candidates with industry experience who are seeking a role change or those with investigative experience and excellent report writing skills. Candidates should be confident in interviewing, questioning, and challenging others, and must be strong team players. Job Duties: Work to ensure the Division delivers high-quality prudential regulations within the Bailiwick. Identify and investigate misconduct, taking necessary action to enforce compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct statutory investigations, including site visits, evidence gathering, and interviews. Prepare reports on investigative findings for senior management, including clear conclusions and recommendations. Efficiently manage cases in accordance with established policies and priorities. Liaise with various stakeholders, including international regulators and other professionals, ensuring effective communication and information exchange. Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of investigations and decisions made. Attend relevant training sessions and seminars to enhance professional skills and knowledge. Support the training and onboarding of new staff members. Contribute to meetings in a clear and professional manner, fostering collaboration across the team. Job Requirements: Relevant industry experience or a background in investigation and compliance. Excellent report writing and communication skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate evidence critically. Competence in liaising with various stakeholders to facilitate effective cooperation. Strong team player with the ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively. Commitment to maintaining high professional standards and attention to detail.
