Our client is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their family office team on a permanent full-time basis. This engaging and varied role operates in a fast-paced environment where every day presents new challenges. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administration services for a complex, multi-billion family trust structure that interfaces daily with a large family office located abroad. This structure encompasses a range of assets, including listed trading companies, traditional financial investments, private equity, early-stage tech start-ups, art, property, private jets, and yachts. The role involves managing multiple entities across various jurisdictions, ensuring top-notch service in accordance with the client’s and company’s values. Job Duties: Provide efficient administration services to the family trust structure. Support the ACD and Client Director in various admin projects. Assist in risk mitigation by reviewing and managing administration and compliance tasks. Act as a “C” Signatory. Ensure the provision of financial information to facilitate the drafting of financial statements by accountants. Undertake FATCA/CRS reporting and related tasks. Collaborate with intermediaries to meet client expectations within legal and regulatory frameworks. Maintain proactive relationships with clients and the family office. Facilitate the opening of client bank and investment accounts. Prepare payments and monitor transactions. Maintain Business Central and DMS databases. Provide general support to team members. Keep up-to-date with CPD requirements and industry developments. Execute any additional tasks as assigned by management. Job Requirements: Strong relevant experience and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing trust structures is advantageous. Professional qualification or progress in STEP, CGI, ACCA, or similar. Proactive, forward-thinking, and able to work independently. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and define KPIs. A brand ambassador who embodies the company values of empowering responsible ambition.
