You’ll oversee the full onboarding lifecycle, from discovery and due diligence through to handover – all while utilising your Trust expertise to mentor others and drive best practice across the team.
Responsibilities will include:• Leading the onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth setup and structure establishment• Reviewing KYC/CDD, prepare internal documentation, and present to the New Business Committee• Liaising directly with clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders throughout the process• Supporting junior team members and collaborate closely with senior management
You’ll need strong relevant experience, be STEP qualified (or working towards it), and bring confident communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
