Our client, a highly respected Guernsey organisation within the financial services sector, is seeking a proactive and well‑organised Market Development Executive to support international outreach and strategic market coordination.

This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys communication, stakeholder engagement and working at pace within a professional environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating Market Development activity, maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings and supporting alignment across representatives.
• Managing CRM records, updating global contacts, preparing reports and supporting meeting agendas and minutes.
• Assisting with roadshows, conferences and events, coordinating logistics, attendee lists and event communications.
• Acting as a central point of liaison for internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and consistent messaging.

You should be a highly organised team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately, have excellent attention to detail and be an communicator capable of engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
