Join a high-performing private wealth team supporting a complex, multi-billion family trust structure with a truly varied portfolio (listed companies, PE, early-stage tech, property, art, aircraft and marine assets).
As CRM, Family Office Team, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and an overseas family office, delivering first-class administration, strong governance and proactive relationship management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day trust and entity administration, supporting the ACD and Client Director
Coordinate projects, account openings, payments, transaction monitoring, and database upkeep
Support compliance and risk management, including FATCA/CRS reporting and oversight for financial statements
Build trusted relationships with the family office and intermediaries, ensuring timely, high-quality service
You’ll bring solid trust experience, strong communication and organisation, and ideally be STEP/CGI/ACCA qualified (or working towards).
