Take ownership of a Jersey tax service line, leading a small team and delivering high‑quality personal and corporate tax work across the Channel Islands.

If you are looking for an opportunity that provides autonomy, full support from the senior suite and the platform to run a tax department, this could be the perfect setting.

Responsibilities will include:

Leading and developing a tax team and overseeing all client tax reporting.
Managing complex personal and corporate tax matters, reviews and reconciliations.
Supporting directors on advisory projects and collaborating across the global RSM tax network.
Representing the firm at industry events and reporting departmental performance.
