One of our valued clients is seeking a Senior Procurement Coordinator to join their Guernsey‑based Procurement & Supply Chain team.

This is a full‑time maternity cover position (part‑time considered - minimum 30 hrs) offering exposure to a fast‑paced commercial environment within a highly successful and innovative business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing supplier relationships to ensure clear communication, performance tracking and on‑time, in‑full delivery.
  • Coordinating procurement activity across multiple product lines, monitoring stock levels and forecasting demand to minimise supply risks.
  • Supporting New Product Development (NPD), including fast‑track launches, by aligning procurement timelines and stakeholder inputs.
  • Maintaining accurate ERP and forecasting system data, monitoring cost of goods, resolving discrepancies and contributing to process improvements.

You should be highly organised, proactive and adaptable, with the confidence to manage complex supplier relationships. You should also be a strong communicator, an analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail and have some experience with ERP/forecasting systems
