Our client is seeking a temporary team member to support analysts by preparing application reviews, providing customer support, and undertaking additional operational tasks. This role involves preparing credit card application packs for review and assisting clients with digital onboarding, the mobile app, and ancillary services. The successful candidate will respond to client inquiries and assist customers in resolving issues related to credit card transactions. Daily administration tasks are also part of this role, which includes assisting in the set-up and management of direct debits and repayments to cardholder accounts. Furthermore, the candidate will help with any disputed or fraud-related transactions. This temporary position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience within the financial services sector.
