Back to ResultsOur client is a modern, independent consultancy based in Guernsey, Jersey, and Ireland, specialising in compliance, governance, company secretarial, and human resources issues across both regulated and unregulated industries. The role of Compliance Support Coordinator is pivotal in managing and responding to all compliance-related queries, ensuring that consultancy services operate smoothly and efficiently. This position entails collaborating closely with both internal consultants and external clients to address compliance needs promptly and effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. This role is offered on a fixed-term basis for six months, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. The position reports to the Associate Director and does not involve any direct line management responsibilities. Job Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for all compliance queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Triage compliance issues and coordinate with consultants and external clients to schedule and resolve them. Manage the flow of information, ensuring that all relevant parties are updated on compliance matters. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance procedures and protocols. Maintain records of compliance activities, including queries received and actions taken. Support the senior compliance team in various tasks, including risk assessments and client onboarding processes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the compliance function within the business. Job Requirements: Experience in a compliance or regulatory role, with a good understanding of the industry’s best practices. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with the ability to operate independently. Familiarity with digital compliance tools and platforms.
