This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward‑thinking organisation in their Guernsey office as a Senior Client Accounting Administrator, supporting a varied portfolio of trust and company clients while developing your skills in a collaborative and progressive environment.

As a key member of the client accounting team, you’ll play an integral role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting change initiatives, and ensuring seamless service delivery across the business.

Responsibilities Include:

Preparing trust and company financial statements in line with UK and international accounting standards.
Collaborating closely with colleagues and following company policies, procedures, and best practice requirements.
Supporting the annual accounts preparation workplan and assisting bookkeepers with client bookkeeping.
Providing support to the Client Accounting Manager with testing and implementation of change and improvement projects.

The firm is looking for a positive, team‑focused individual who can demonstrate a solid understanding of accounting processes and a willingness to learn new methods, who has strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt their style to different audiences and the confidence to resolve straightforward issues and know when to seek support.
