Join a dynamic Guernsey Regulatory Compliance team as a Compliance Analyst or Senior Compliance Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in shaping and strengthening a robust compliance framework within a fast-paced, professional environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated risk or compliance professional to take ownership, influence governance processes, and contribute to high-level regulatory strategy while developing their expertise and career.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading and executing the compliance monitoring programme, ensuring effective testing and follow-up actions
• Supporting governance processes, including committee management and board reporting
• Conducting sanctions screening and maintaining key compliance registers and risk assessments
• Providing day-to-day regulatory support, policy updates, and guidance across the business

You’ll bring at least a couple of years’ experience in a risk-based environment, a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, and a proactive, detail-driven mindset. A relevant qualification (or willingness to study) and excellent communication skills are essential.
