Our client is seeking exceptional school leavers to join their full-time Trainee Development Programme (TDP) for the summer 2026 intake. This salaried programme is designed to cultivate the next generation of regulatory professionals and is intended to lead to a permanent Analyst role upon successful completion. Participants will earn while they learn, combining practical work experience with fully funded academic study and professional development support. The four-year programme offers a unique opportunity to gain real exposure to regulatory work and decision-making while developing valuable skills in a professional environment. No prior experience in financial services or regulation is necessary; instead, the focus is on potential, curiosity, and commitment to learning. Job Duties: Research regulatory topics and support project work Write reports, letters, and internal documents Assist with reviews and make recommendations Support on-site visits and engage with licensees Develop sound judgement and analytical thinking Build confidence in a professional environment Job Requirements: School leaver with A Levels or equivalent qualifications in any subject Achieved a minimum of B, B, B in top three subjects At least Grade 5-6 in GCSE Mathematics and English Curiosity and a willingness to learn about financial services and regulation Ability to form opinions, analyse information, and exercise sound judgement Good written and verbal communication skills Professionalism, reliability, and punctuality Confident in asking questions and engaging in discussions Analytical thinking and basic problem-solving skills Self-motivated with strong organisational skills Adaptable and resilient, with a willingness to try new approaches Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships What You’ll Love: Joining this School Leaver Programme offers you a paid, full-time role from day one, alongside a fully funded university degree.
