Job Duties: Support clients in navigating various stages of insolvency and restructuring. Negotiate repayment agreements and manage debt structures to prevent insolvency. Advise on formal insolvency and liquidation processes. Engage with complex legal and financial challenges within the realm of Insolvency Law. Contribute to both contentious and non-contentious work as required. Job Requirements: Qualified in commonwealth jurisdictions. 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in related areas.
