The successful candidate will confidently oversee day-to-day operations, support a team, and maintain a high standard of client service and regulatory compliance. This hybrid role involves both managerial responsibilities and client-facing duties. Key responsibilities will include managing policy renewals, handling new business enquiries, and overseeing claims administration. The General Insurance Manager will also be tasked with guiding the team to ensure efficient workflows and sustaining high client service standards. Additionally, the role requires building relationships with clients, managing a varied portfolio, and assisting clients with their insurance needs.
