Our client, a leading organisation in life insurance and employee benefit solutions, is seeking an Administrator for their Life & Disability Operations team. This role is essential to ensure the smooth processing of corporate scheme renewals and supporting the overall team operations. The position is full-time, based in Guernsey, and reports to the Team Leader. The role will involve preparing client data, managing renewals, and coordinating with various stakeholders to meet both internal and external deliverables. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and have a positive attitude towards teamwork. Joining this reputable organisation presents an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. Job Duties: Provide support to the Team Leader in processing corporate scheme renewals. Prepare and approve Life & Disability renewal scheme transactions using the in-house administration system, Lissia. Create renewal imports using specific Excel templates and the bespoke data vetting tool. Export documents in Microsoft Excel format and save them to the Renewals folder. Investigate and rectify any errors listed, re-importing data as necessary. Process premium and administration adjustments accordingly. Complete the Operations Renewal Checklist and document relevant information for pre-activation checks. Update the Complete Renewal & Servicing List to reflect the status of schemes. Manage the approval queue within the ticketing system, Enate, ensuring timely authorisation. Support the preparation of the pre-renewal process on a monthly basis. Assist with the closure of discontinued schemes as required. Support various workflows and update procedures as necessary to enhance team efficiency. Job Requirements: Experience working under tight deadlines with a positive attitude. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is highly beneficial. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
