The successful candidate will join a team working on a variety of matters, providing administration, management, and secretarial services for established and emerging real estate and private equity funds. This role involves developing a comprehensive understanding of the client base and creating strong working relationships with clients and other stakeholders. The Administrator will be responsible for maintaining internal trackers and statutory registers, as well as becoming acquainted with material agreements relating to their portfolio. The position encompasses various cash management tasks, assisting with board meetings, preparing high-quality minutes and supporting reports, and ensuring the timely execution of agreements and documentation. Overall, this role offers a dynamic environment with responsibilities that will contribute to the success of the team and the company. Job Duties: Develop a good understanding of the client base. Create strong working relationships with clients and other parties. Maintain internal trackers. Maintain statutory registers. Become familiar with material agreements relating to the portfolio. Carry out cash management tasks, such as reviewing payments and incoming funds. Prepare account opening forms. Assist with calls and distributions. Assist with quarterly billing and cash collections. Aid in the take-on and establishment of new clients. Prepare regulatory filings and submissions as necessary. Coordinate and attend board meetings. Prepare board packs and supporting reports. Take and prepare minutes to a high standard. Ensure the timely execution of agreements/documentation. Job Requirements: A minimum of one year of relevant experience is expected. Educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent; completion of a degree or similar is preferable. Willingness to start the CGI exams or to undertake them in the future is essential.
