One of our key clients is seeking a Fund & CoSec Administrator (Private Equity) to join its growing team in Jersey. Working within a professional, collaborative environment, this role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of fund and corporate structures.

This is a dynamic entry-level to junior opportunity focused on supporting fund and company secretarial administration - ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in private equity services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the administration of fund and corporate structures, including company incorporations and ongoing entity management
  • Assisting with company secretarial duties such as preparing board packs, drafting minutes and coordinating meetings
  • Maintaining accurate records, managing CDD documentation, and supporting regulatory and statutory filings
  • Liaising with clients, regulators, banks and external parties while assisting with audits and day-to-day office administration
