Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Senior Fund Administrator to provide efficient, timely, and high-quality administration services to a portfolio of fund administration clients. Working with a varied portfolio of Guernsey domiciled regulated, listed, and unregulated structures with an extremely varied asset base, this role involves significant interaction with the management team to develop new business opportunities and enhance the level of client service and profitability. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage a separate portfolio of their own clients and handle more complex structures within the team. Daily activities include company secretarial duties, coordination of administrative projects, and liaising with various law firms. This position offers exciting challenges in a growing and dynamic organisation. Job Duties: Join the administration team to work on a varied portfolio of fund administration clients. Take charge of coordinating short- and long-term administration projects to ensure clients receive high-quality service. Maintain a separate portfolio of clients and assist with complex structures within the team. Perform company secretarial work including convening board meetings and taking minutes. Liaise continually with Guernsey, European, and UK-based law firms based on client needs. Assist with audits on various companies and structures. Facilitate client due diligence for new and existing clients. Assist with FATCA / CRS reporting as required. Assume signatory responsibilities as needed. Process banking and payments. Ensure daily update of timesheets. Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Job Requirements: 2 - 3 years’ experience in the offshore funds industry. Desirable: ICSA/IDFA or equivalent qualifications. Excellent attention to detail.
